All products must be paid in full before leaving the store.
Custom orders require customer approval signature, and 50% - 100% payment is required based on type of product + circumstance - All custom orders are final.
We currently offer a click + pick-up system, so feel free to shop 24/hours a day and secure that special piece and we will email a confirmation with pick-up details, please add us to your contacts and/or check your spam folder.

R E T U R N P O L I C Y
Winterberry Lane has a no-exchange and no-refund policy. This is due to the delicate nature + uniqueness of our products (often one of a kind), and it assures our customers that all WL product is in new condition at all times and has not previously been sold, returned and/or used. Antique and Vintage items are sold as is and are clearly labelled.
Why are all sales final? We are proud to be a local + private retail boutique; part of what makes us different is our collection of unique pieces. In a time when it has never been easier to purchase, take home, try-on, and return merchandise, we are not able to follow the same policies as large chain stores.
We make every effort to send product photos, measurements and as much information we can to help in your decision process, 24 hold time is available on merchandise.
